Separating Plates

Over time, Separating Ledge Plates used as a glide plate for passing formed steel wore to a point where steel marking was a concern. These separating ledge plates were in good condition except for the steel glide area of the plate. We at Sterling were able to use our Metalizing Technology to rebuild the glide area and machine back to drawing specification, eliminating the need for costly replacement.
